This was the first time that i used these guys for my 2009 mini cooper clubman. I felt like I was dealing with family (in a good way). They are so very responsive and keep you informed on what is happening. And they are really personable people, someone I can trust fully.

Had Starter replaced at European autowerks 1.5 years ago on my 2008 911. For some reason the starter failed again so I took it back to them and they replaced it free of charge. Had it towed there on Tuesday and it was washed and ready with a new starter Wednesday afternoon. No charge.

Thank you for the GREAT Review.... Yes, we do stand behind our Warranty.... Not sure how a brand new (not re-manufactured) Bosch Starter failed, but it did so we warrantied it out.. NP...
