First visit / service...Great impression!! Took my Porsche (Macan GTS) a week ago for an over due 4 yr maintenance/ service. Porsche dealership would require oil change ( just like any vehicle) and few other services (although not necessary) which could add up to at least 2k or more. Since my macan is out of warranty, I decided to try European Autowerks being a German car specialist and as noted ( in postings / write ups) for the great job they do. The person that I spoke to (Baroni, if I remember correctly), was pleasant to converse with, straight forward and professional. Dropped off my car and while I was in their office waiting, I noticed the employee who checked my car took pictures of the ins and outs of my car. Right then, I could tell they do a professional job. I was told to get a call as soon as the job was done (before their COB same day), which I received, and was notified that job completed and that only oil change was necessary which cost only a small fraction of what I would have paid a dealership. I drove the car for 100 + miles just to check if error code would pop up on my MFD, but none. I checked the engine bay making sure it was as clean as before, checked under the car, removed the engine under cover so I could check if there was oil leak, indeed, job was truly performed professionally! Lastly, Scott (the owner), message me to follow up on the satisfaction and recommendation to making their job even better!! A Great experience so far.. I would definitely take my macan back to this place for future maintenance/ services and highly recommend them. Thanks for the great job!!
