I was in and out in about 30 min.

I recently brought our F-350 to Quality 1 Auto with a multitude of issues. I was on an extremely tight schedule and needed it back as soon as possible. Not only does it run better than it has since I've owned it, but they had the work completed on time. Having worked in the automotive repair industry myself, I can't say enough Quality 1. Very clean shop, professional and knowledgeable staff, and excellent service... I won't be taking my vehicles anywhere else.

I had the "Check Engine Light" come on in our 2005 Volvo S40 we recently purchased from a used car lot. We were up north during the holidays when this happened and were concerned that the car could stop working and our investment would be lost. We returned home and immediately contacted European Autowerks/Quality 1 Auto (via email) and they contacted us back THAT NIGHT! After putting through a series of test they found the problem, suggested some additional maintenance to keep our vehicle running tip-top for the next several years and they had COLD DR. PEPPER IN THE FRIDGE FOR THE CUSTOMERS! Yeah, doesn't sound like much but well you go to other places they don't look at the "little things" that make your visit positive. We're setting up a time to bring in my F350! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

Personable service with clear explanations, prompt and provide alternate transportation that is not often available other than at the dealer.
