Not as expected. I chose this place because of the reviews but the price was in the high end and overall service was not as expected
Alama, I’ve got to admit—this one is a bit of a head-scratcher. You brought in your Porsche Panamera—and even mentioned your family is a “Porsche family,” so you’re familiar with what it costs to properly maintain and repair a Porsche. You approved the bleeder pipe repair after we explained it… then called back again after getting a second opinion to confirm it. While we were in there, we did exactly what you asked—looked for anything else that could save you money on labor. We found a failing oil separator and intake valves so carboned up they looked like they’d been barbecued. We sent you photos (of every single valve, not just the “dramatic” ones), explained the situation, and even offered: No additional labor to replace the oil separator since it was already apart Discounted labor for walnut blasting since we were already there And just like before—you called back, consulted someone, and approved the work. So now I’m trying to figure out… at what point did “fully explained, double-approved, discounted work with photo evidence on a Porsche Panamera repair” turn into “not as expected”? If anything, the only surprise here is that we didn’t charge full Porsche-level labor across the board. We’re always happy to answer questions—but rewriting history after the fact? That one’s a little harder to fix than carbon buildup.
