Great customer experience all around. Communication is great and staff are all very calm, happy, and organized, especially when there are a lot of delivery folks coming in and out. They are also very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I wasn't expecting a car wash, and other cool goodies. It always feels stressful for me whenever I bring my car in at the dealership or call my mobile mechanic, so I thought I would try this place. It feels like a family walking in there and I immediately relaxed when I heard the birdies lol. Convenient location, near rental car places.

I After the dealership told me all of the over priced service work I needed on my RV, I decided to seek out a shop that worked in European vehicles. I came across European Autowerks and made an appointment. I took my Jayco Melbourne Prestige RV in to be serviced. Without sharing with them what the dealer told me I needed, they advised me on the work they could see I needed, at a fraction of the price of what the dealer told me. My service was completed and I was able to pick it up the same day. They were welcoming, honest, and pleasant to work with. They also sent me off with a small gift bag, which I thought was a very nice gesture. Those little things count! I have made it a point to take my other vehicles to them instead of the dealer, from here on out. Thank you so much for making what was a stressful situation, unbeknownst to you, such a pleasant service experience.

First of all, I would like to thank Scott for taking my call and then handing the responsibilities over to Berani. I gave them all the details from the start of my Truck issues, BTW, I have a 2008 Ram 2500 6.7L Diesel. Issues first started back in October 2024, with a no start no run issue. Had it checked , everything pointed to a defective TIPM, took it to a shop in Rancho Cucamonga, it was there for over a month without getting repaired, also wanted to charge me extra for a part I did not need, a waste of money. Took it to a dodge dealer service center, did find out the ECU was defective not the TIPM, after replacement, I drove it for one day, the next day I received large clouds of black smoke at all speeds. Note: truck has never ever had a smoke issue before that, took it back, service tech relayed info that I had a bad injector, could not tell me which one, told me I had to replace them all, got that done with no change, he then began saying, it was the MAP sensor, the EGR assembly, the MAF sensor, etc. next he relayed to the service rep. the it was the Turbo/actuator or both, nothing solid. I had already cost myself a large amount of money. Later found that injector #6 was defective, at "EAW" Did more research, found European Autowerks , called , talked to Scott, drove 100 miles to the shop in Temecula, explained my issues, also Brought docs of my previous repairs. They found several issues, mainly with the injectors that were installed, could not properly ID them due to them not having the serial/coding #'s engraved on them. They replaced them with a new set, found an issue with the ECU, it was under warranty, replaced that. Did all the necessary diagnostic tests, worked on the truck, called to keep me informed of the repair progression , found and corrected all the issues I have been having for the past 9 months in which no other shop was able to repair, there is not an ounce of Black smoke from my truck what so ever , and it performs just as it did when it was new. I also had my oil and filter changed, I declined a repair to my actuator due to budget. I can not say enough about this shop, it was a long road, but I found the right people and the right shop. I must add the disposition, the professionalism, the patience, the knowledge, and the great character that these gentleman displayed is top notch!! And let me not leave out the Tech or Techs that worked so hard to get my truck back on the road and running like a CHAMP!!......THANKS AGAIN TO YOU BERANI, SCOTT AND ALL THE CREW!!! I will direct all my truck repairs to "European Autowerks" !!! Thanks Again, Larry and Alicia !!
