I took my Chevy Silverado truck in for a diagnostic. No codes were lit on the dash but the truck was not running like normal. After a couple days I received a call and was placed in the right direction to have the issue fixed at a specialized auto shop for American made engines and transmissions. I felt comfortable with the recommendation and was only charged for the diagnostic. I highly recommend this shop for their honest service. Thanks European Autowerks!

I went to Mercedes dealership and they run diagnostic and gave me estimate for a repair of $1850. I came to those guys and they did their own diagnostic and completed the same repair for $120 because Mercedes did wrong diagnostic. Thank you Quality 1 for honesty. Best auto repair I been to ever and highly recommended as dealership alternative. 👍

I got a quote to put a new Compressor in my 2006 Mercedes E350. Right from the start, I could tell this repair place knew what they were talking about. They asked very detailed questions about my car, right down to what month and year the car was built to get an accurate quote for the repair and parts. In the end, they repaired my car and the final price was very close to the estimate. The car is fixed for a fair price and their service/communication/professionalism was 5-stars. Would go there again.

European Autowerks is amazing. I have used them for about 4 years, and they have done work on my Range Rover and BMW. The most professional, knowledgeable and honest automotive shops I have ever encountered. Their work rivals the manufacturer’s service. Scott and Beroni are very nice and responsive. I don’t live in the area, but I still bring my vehicles here because of their exceptional service. The cherry on top is they wash your car when they are done servicing it ☺️

Straightforward work and fair pricing. Worked with my warranty company to get things fixed that were covered. Loved the use of digital assessment tool so you can see pictures of what was wrong and needs to be fixed and pay and approve everything online. First service on my Audi and I will definitely be back.

Came for an oil change on my Mercedes GLC 300, and they did a great job! Dropped my car off in the morning and they promptly went over what services they would perform and the general inspection. They were professional and didn’t try to push anything unnecessary. While also going over their suggestions and any questions I had, which I greatly appreciate! Picked my car up at the end of the day as expected, which made the whole experience easy and convenient for me.
