Outstanding customer service I have a Mercedes SL63 AMG. I am new to the area did my research and European Autowerks came up called to make an appointment they were booked for the week. However, if I took my car in they would try to fit me in. I dropped my car off, the following day they were ready to work on my car. The entire staff were very polite and professional. I was very pleased with the work and the labor was within a fair price they even had my car washed. I will definitely take my car back for future service. You have gained a loyal customer. These guys are awesome the owner is super friendly and if anything seems like it cost a lot he walks you through the process and even send you pictures so you understand the extent of damage and labor. I took my car there after a friend told me about this place. Berani helped me at the front desk and was vert nice and knowledgeable. He answered all questions that I had about the car I brought in and even another car that I have. Even though they were busy he never seemed to try to speed me up through the transaction.
