When Quality 1 diagnosed that the Idle Control Valve needed replacing last Friday, I received the usual excellent - actually superb - service from the Quality 1 team. The first valve they ordered arrived broken, the second one was not the correct model and the third (correct) one arrived at around 5 pm on Friday afternoon. Since I had initially said I needed the car for a trip at the weekend, they kindly and graciously stayed late to install the third (correct) valve and get my car fixed and usable for the weekend. And I was so grateful. For the last 5 years that I have used Quality 1's services I have always had the most excellent customer care and service, and I am truly grateful to be a customer of theirs. They are totally trustworthy and their work is of the highest quality - truly#1!

Great service. I was pretty satisfied with the over all service that was provided on my 2002 ML320 Mercedes Benz AMG. After the service was done, my SUV was wash and clean like brand new, like it was service by a Mercedes Benz Dealership. The service details on the work order was broken down piece like I was use to getting when I took my SUV to the Mercedes Benz Dealer back in Atlanta, GA. Great Job Quality1Auto!

Extremely friendly and knowledgable staff. They went to extremes to find my car's problem, but couldn't definitely locate it, but when my alarm light stays on again, I will hurry back in.
