Temecula Auto Repair

On my prior visit I had a water pump replaced and apparently the hose clamp was not tightened properly which resulted in a very slow leak of antifreeze over a few weeks time. Unfortunately I wasn't aware of this until my Warning light came on while on the freeway in San Jose on my way home to Temecula. This resulted in a $70 repair bill with a NAPA dealer in San Jose to diagnose problem (Antifreeze was totally out)and get me on the road again. My disappointment came when I told Steve about it during my last visit, it would have been nice to at least get a "Sorry for your inconvenience." Other than that, have always been pretty satisfied with Q1.

I brought my wife's mini-van in for service. The vehicle was fixed in a timely manner. I am very happy with their professionalism and honesty.

Attitude, quality of work, and overall service has been continuously good and better than most of my past auto experiences.

I took my car in for an Oil Change, and it was very quick, very reasonable price compared to Lexus dealer, and they did not try to sell me tons of other stuff since I was in a hurry & waited on site. Very happy. Thanks !!!
