The service was good. The drop off and pick up courtesy shuttle service was very helpful. A little disappointed with the greeting provided when i came in , but the service managers were busy with 3 other customers waiting. The prices could be a little more competetive.

Thank you Rakesh for great review. We did have a full house that day and our Parts Managers was out, his wife was having a baby so it was a little hectic. Our prices are very competitive and remember you did get a 3yr 36,000 mile warranty on all of the repairs, no other shop in California does that.

Great service, polite staff, my car was ready in LESS time than quoted! AND it was Friday. Unfortunately, the service emission light came back on so my car WILL be going back for further testing. I was told this was a possibility & will be covered by the original test.
