Sorry for the delay. We will NEVER rush a job and take a chance of doing it less than perfectly, especially on a big job like the one we performed for you. Double especially on a Mercedes like yours. I will work on the magazine thing, my wife provides most of them. We have a TV, just ask the Service Adviser to turn the speakers on.Glad to hear that you where happy, we will try and WOW you a little better next time...

Thank you so much Don. It took a little while for the failing part to reveal itself, but we where persistent and as always we won... Intermittent problems can be tough but we always figure them out.....
